  10. Add milk and required quality of water. Also add salt and pepper..
  11. Stir and bring the curry to a simmer on a low to medium flame for 6 to 7 minutes..
  12. Check the taste and add more salt and pepper if required..
  13. Serve hot spinach and mushroom soup and enjoy..
